This weekend on Saturday 26th March starting at 10am the Surfers Against Sewage have organised a beach clean at Grange Chine. It’s a chance for everyone to help and make a big difference as Grange Chine has a serious problem with marine litter. This SAS beach clean is a great opportunity to take action and help our coastline. All are welcome whether you surf or not, but the clean is part of the Motivocean Beach Clean Tour 2011 and any volunteers aged between 16 and 25 are eligilble for a free surf lesson as a reward for taking part. This will be in the form of vouchers given out on the day to redeem at a later date.
Gloves and bags are provided, but make sure you bring warm and waterproof clothing in case the weather is poor.
